2017-08-23	AGESA binaryPI: Consolidate and fix sleep states	Kyösti Mälkki
	SSFG was meant to be used as a mask to enable sleep states _S1 thru _S4. However as a logical instead of bitwise 'and' operation was used, all the states were enabled if only one was marked available. State _S3 is now set conditionally if HAVE_ACPI_RESUME=y. For pi/hudson this had been fixed already preprocessor. Note that all boards had SSFG == 0x0D that previously enabled ACPI S3 sleep state even when it was not available. States _S1 and _S2 still appear enabled in ASL/AML but may not actually work. TEST: 'cat /sys/power/state' and notice choice 'mem' was removed from the list of available sleep states. 2015-11-12	AMD/Kabini: Fix the interrupt routing	Zheng Bao
	The plugged devices on PCIe should use IOAPIC2 instead of standard IOAPIC1. The entries in IOAPIC2 count from the end of IOAPIC1. The unchanged code worked because the OS uses MSI instead APIC. To test that, boot linux with parameter pci=nomsi and see if the devices like NIC work well as they do without the booting parameter. run 'cat /proc/interrupts' to see if the devices actually use no-msi. 	It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address. Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we imported) looks out for that. This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further editing. 	As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things. This commit includes the changes required to make the code reflect the gizmo2 hardware: - Update the vendor Kconfig to add gizmo2 - Update the mainboard Kconfig - Update devicetree - Add support in for the soldered down DDR3 - Update the CODEC verb data - Update the graphics connector settings - Adjust the temperature thresholds for the fan What's missing: - Interrupt routing tables Gizmo2 can boot DOS and Ubuntu 14.10.
