Also make sure that no board changes behaviour because of that by adding a static assert. TEST=abuild over all builds still succeeds (where it doesn't if DIMM_SPD_SIZE isn't set to 128 bytes for boards that use the device/dram code). It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address. Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we imported) looks out for that. This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further editing. As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things. There are no reasons to not load ramstage @ 0x100000. Boards with HAVE_ACPI_RESUME enabled have performance penalty in using excessive RAMTOP. For these boards, this change releases 11 MiB of RAM from CBMEM allocation to OS.
