Both southbridges need to be done at once since this southbridge code
is used for different northbridges, which fails to compile when done
separately.
This needs an acpi_name functions in the northbridge code to be
defined.
TESTED on Intel DG43GT: show correct PIRQ ACPI entries in
/sys/firmware/acpi/tables/SSDT.

Obtained from vendor bios DSDT, under "Device (HUB0),
Name (_ADR, 0x001E0000)".
The schematics also indicate that the INTA-D are hardwired to these
PIRQ lines.

Previously, due to a bug in devicetree and incorrect IRQ
settings in ACPI, SATA controller would not initialize
any HDDs in the OS, even though it worked in SeaBIOS.
The devicetree setting is not needed because SATA must
function in "plain" mode on this board, as "combined" mode
does not work at all.

Board uses x4x native raminit
Board boots into Debian 8 with full graphics
IRQ9: nobody cared, gets disabled
(PIC needs IRQ settings?)
VGA:
- VGA native init works in grub with analog connector
- Fails to boot with both channels of ram populated
