It rewrites the results of receive enable stored in the upper nvram
region, to avoid running receive enable again.
Some debug info is also printed about the self-refresh registers.
(Not enforcing a reset here, since 0 does not necessarily mean it's
not in self-refresh).

This motherboard support Intel core 2 quads.
Before this change SeaBIOS was not usable, due to it crashing before it
got to load anything.

This patch adds MAINBOARD_HAS_NATIVE_VGA_INIT_TEXTMODECFG to the
gigabyte/ga-g41m-es2l Kconfig to allow selecting between textmode and
vesamode in menuconfig.

This adds a cmos.layout and a cmos.default to ga-g41m-es2l.
This allows to set things like baud_rate, debug_level, etc.
from cmos.

Board uses x4x native raminit
Board boots into Debian 8 with full graphics
IRQ9: nobody cared, gets disabled
(PIC needs IRQ settings?)
VGA:
- VGA native init works in grub with analog connector
- Fails to boot with both channels of ram populated
