The parallel mp code picks up lapics at runtime, so remove it from all
devicetrees that use this codebase.

"use_crt" and "use_lvds" are boolean, so use "true/false".

Booted fine on the first try. Most things work properly, but I haven't
tested them thoroughly. Native raminit chokes with a DIMM in the second
slot, but the first slot works properly.
