For mainboards using southbridge/intel/bd82x6x, copy the contents
of mainboard_usb_ports array into southbridge devicetree. In-line
comments are maintained.
Boards also capable of using MRC raminit are done in a separate
patch.

All mainboards use the same values for AC and battery, even desktop
boards without a battery. Use the AC values everywhere and drop the
battery values. Subsequent commits will rename the AC power options
accordingly, and will also clean up the corresponding acpigen code.
This is intentional so as to ease reviewing the devicetree changes.
Also update util/autoport accordingly.

Unlike other Panther Point boards, the ga-b75m-d3h lacks definitions
to wire SuperSpeed-capable ports to XHCI in its devicetree, causing
these ports being wired to the second EHCI, and only working as USB
2.0 ports. The missing register definitions are added to fix that.
Tested on my ga-b75-d3v board.

The processor P_BLK doesn't support throttling. This behaviour could be
emulated with SMM, but instead just update the FADT to indicate no support
for legacy I/O based throttling using P_CNT.
We have _PTC defined in SSDT, which should be used in favour of P_CNT by
ACPI aware OS, so this change has no effect on modern OS.
Drop all occurences of p_cnt_throttling_supported and update autoport
to not generate it any more.

I ported ga-h61m-s2pv based on the two Gigabyte b75m boards.
Based on another mainboard's code review comments, this patch
improves the code quality of these three similar boards.
ga-h61m-s2pv is tested and confirmed to be working, but I cannot
say the same regarding the other two mainboards as I do not have them.

This patch resolves the outstanding issues with
PCI device enumeration and getting the board to boot into

Previously the board would not boot to GNU/Linux with video,
even if VGA rom was used.
Bugs in the devicetree were fixed according to superiotool output.
Tested on GA-B75M-D3H with VGA rom.
Booted to GNU/Linux (Fedora 22 4.0.4-301.fc22.x86_64)

Old igd.asl had inconsistent addresses (between _DOD and actual device)
and ghost devices. Any of those is enough to make brightness on windows
fail and make igd.asl out-of-ACPI-spec. Also old code favoured ridiculous
copying of the same thing 6 times per chipset. Leave only hooking up and
chipset-specific part in chipset directory. Move NVS handling and ACPI-spec
parts to a common file.

This is based on LENOVO X230 port.
Board boots to linux via SATA or USB.
All USB ports are working.
Remaining Issues:
1. Native raminit sometimes fails with "timC write discovery failed"
even without changing the ram configuration. I suggest
altering the native raminit code so that it reboots
if that message appears to give a chance for the
boot process to recover.
2. VGA does not work.
Native graphics initialization only supports LVDS and
the VGA Option ROM still hangs when run in SeaBIOS.
