	They're listed in AUTHORS and often incorrect anyway, for example: - What's a "Copyright $year-present"? - Which incarnation of Google (Inc, LLC, ...) is the current copyright holder? - People sometimes have their editor auto-add themselves to files even though they only deleted stuff - Or they let the editor automatically update the copyright year, because why not? - Who is the copyright holder "The coreboot project Authors"? - Or "Generated Code"? Sidestep all these issues by simply not putting these notices in individual files, let's list all copyright holders in AUTHORS instead and use the git history to deal with the rest. 	There is some overlap between romstage and bootblock. LPC setup and BAR initialization is now done twice. The rationale is that the romstage should not depend too much on the bootblock, since it can reside in a RO fmap region. Enabling the console will be done in a followup patch. 	The Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H/D3V mainboard trees share a lot of duplicate code, and can serve as a base for porting other Gigabyte 7 series motherboards. Switch the Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H/D3V mainboard trees to a variant setup, defining ga-b75m-d3v as a variant of ga-b75m-d3h. 2017-05-04	mb/gigabyte/ga-b75m-d3h: add libgfxinit support	persmule
	Currently native video init works on port HDMI1 (wired to the on-board DVI-D socket) , HDMI3 (the on-board HDMI port), and the VGA port, both text mode and fb mode. Every ports works on GNU/Linux. Tested against an IVB cpu (i7-3770T). 	It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address. Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we imported) looks out for that. 	This is based on LENOVO X230 port. Board boots to linux via SATA or USB. All USB ports are working. Remaining Issues: 1. Native raminit sometimes fails with "timC write discovery failed" even without changing the ram configuration. I suggest altering the native raminit code so that it reboots if that message appears to give a chance for the boot process to recover. 2. VGA does not work. Native graphics initialization only supports LVDS and the VGA Option ROM still hangs when run in SeaBIOS.
