Stefan thinks they don't add value.
Command used:

The exceptions are for:

- nvramtool (more complicated header)

.write_acpi_tables() should not be updating the device structure. This
change makes the struct device * argument to it as const.

This change adds and updates headers in all of the mainboard files that
had missing or unrecognized headers. After this goes in, we can turn on
lint checking for headers in all mainboard directories.

`device_t device` is missing as argument. Every device_op function
should have a `device_t device` argument.
