Relocatable ramstage, postcar stage and C_ENVIRONMENT_BOOTBLOCK are
now mandatory features, which this platform lacks.

Select NO_UART_ON_SUPERIO as the SoC internal UART is used.
The current code is working, so this is just a cosmetic fix to remove
some unused options from Kconfig.

Hide "Add gigabit ethernet firmware" option for boards that do not
use GbE firmware in GbE section.
The option is now hidden by default and can be reenabled on a
per-board basis by selecting MAINBOARD_USES_IFD_GBE_REGION in the
mainboards Kconfig.

This adds another camelbackmountain_fsp derivative, along with a .fmd
file for the board. For now it's been tested to build and boot.
