	Update the IccMax for the SYSTEM_AGENT and IA_CORE power supplies according to the information in the schematic. The IccMax for these supplies is lower than the standard supported by the SoC. 2020-01-10	mb/facebook/monolith: Enable HDA for HDMI output	Wim Vervoorn
	The HDA controller was disabled because no codec exists on the board. However, this also disabled audio over HDMI. To correct this, enable Azalia and the HDA controller in the devicetree. 	The board is booting Linux and has been briefly tested. SeaBIOS, TianoCore payload and Linux as payload all seem to work fine.
