	Align the eltan mboot support with coreboot tpm support to limit the amount of custom code. We now only support SHA256 pcrs, only single a single digest will be handled in a call. The pcr invalidation has been changed fixed values are now loaded while the correct algortihm is selected. 	FBG-1701 revision 1.3 will use Kingston onboard memory. Add Kingston SPD file. When Samsung memory configuration is disabled use cpld_read_pcb_version() for using correct SPD data. 2019-10-04	mb/facebook/fbg1701: Remove ONBOARD_MICRON_MEM	Frans Hendriks
	ONBOARD_MICRON_MEM and ONBOARD_SAMSUNG_MEM are available. These are used to determine if Samsung or Micron onboard memory is assembled. This can not detected run-time. Choice is replaced by one config.
