Remove CMOS options that are not read anywhere in the code. They may
have been used in the native AMD platform code, or got copied around
from board to board and never did anything to begin with.

Reserve bytes 50 and 55 as they are handled as century bytes by QEMU.

Add VBOOT support for testing purposes.
Add a 16 MiB FMAP containing RO + RW_A.
Tested on qemu.

It’s unclear why this option was commented out. Activate the line, and
copy the CMOS layout and defaults from qemu-i440fx.
TEST=Boot 2.11.1(Debian 1:2.11+dfsg-1ubuntu7) and see that nvramcui
works. A changed value doesn’t survive a reboot though.
