2018-06-02	src/mainboard: Add and update license headers	Martin Roth
	This change adds and updates headers in all of the mainboard files that had missing or unrecognized headers. After this goes in, we can turn on lint checking for headers in all mainboard directories. 2016-02-20	emulation/qemu-power8: initial mainboard and arch commit	Ronald G. Minnich
	This builds and produces an image. The next step is to get a 'halt' instruction into the boot block and then attach with qemu.
