This devices is always present so hooking up the ops in devicetree makes

The parallel mp code picks up lapics at runtime, so remove it from all
devicetrees that use this codebase.

Prepare tree for adding q35 support:
Move emulation/qemu-x86 to emulation/qemu-i440fx.
Rename some stuff to include 'i440fx'.
