Remove double nesting of chip northbridge/amd.
There is requirement to keep SPD address map in
the same chip block with device 0:18.2.

TESTED on Biostar A68N-5200: boots to GNU/Linux
With proprietary VBIOS, even the gfx works in SeaBIOS.
