Functional changes were already done in 5eb81bed2e (sb/intel/i82801gx:
Detect if the southbridge supports AHCI) but we forgot to update the
`chip.h` and devicetrees.

This automatically detects whether the southbridge supports AHCI.
If AHCI support is selected it will be used unless "sata_no_ahci" is
set in the devicetree to override the behavior.

Some variants only support 4 PCIe ports so there is no need to have
those unavailable ports in the devicetree.

On some boards the devicetree and Function Disable register did not
match. In this case the FD values are put in the devicetree as these
were the values that were actually used in practice.
A complete devicetree will make it easier to automatically disable
devices in ramstage.

Needs the ramstage configuration enabling of SuperIO GPIO pnp devices
for BSEL straps.
Also needs VSBGATE# to be on for ram to be powered during S3.
TESTED with 800MHz and 1067MHz FSB CPUs at the correct straps when
resuming from S3.

The devicetree lacks the 'chip' option for the Super I/O,
which causes the Super I/O related entries to be ignored.
This also adds other LDN that are present on this Super I/O.

* SATA;
* serial;
* 800MHz and 1067MHz FSB Core 2 Duo CPUs;
* ethernet;
* native VGA graphic init.
What does not work:
* resume from s3 suspend;
* superio hardware monitor (not initialised in coreboot).
Quirks:
* does not boot with just one dimm in slot B.
