2015-05-21	Remove address from GPLv2 headers	Patrick Georgi
	As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things. 2015-02-15	x86: Change MMIO addr in readN(addr)/writeN(addr, val) to pointer	Kevin Paul Herbert
	On x86, change the type of the address parameter in read8()/read16/read32()/write8()/write16()/write32() to be a pointer, instead of unsigned long. 2013-02-14	sconfig: rename lapic_cluster -> cpu_cluster	Stefan Reinauer
	The name lapic_cluster is a bit misleading, since the construct is not local APIC specific by concept. As implementations and hardware change, be more generic about our naming. This will allow us to support non-x86 systems without adding new keywords. 2013-02-14	sconfig: rename pci_domain -> domain	Stefan Reinauer
	The name pci_domain was a bit misleading, since the construct is only PCI specific in a particular (northbridge/cpu) implementation, but not by concept. As implementations and hardware change, be more generic about our naming. This will allow us to support non-PCI systems without adding new keywords.
