2015-10-31	tree: drop last paragraph of GPL copyright header	Patrick Georgi
	It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address. Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we imported) looks out for that. This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further editing. 2015-05-21	Remove address from GPLv2 headers	Patrick Georgi
	As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things. 	On x86, change the type of the address parameter in read8()/read16/read32()/write8()/write16()/write32() to be a pointer, instead of unsigned long. 2013-02-14	sconfig: rename lapic_cluster -> cpu_cluster	Stefan Reinauer
	The name lapic_cluster is a bit misleading, since the construct is not local APIC specific by concept. As implementations and hardware change, be more generic about our naming. This will allow us to support non-x86 systems without adding new keywords. As implementations and hardware change, be more generic about our naming. This will allow us to support non-PCI systems without adding new keywords.
