Stefan thinks they don't add value.
Command used:
sed -i -e '/file is part of /d' $(git grep "file is part of " |egrep ":( */\*.*\*/\$|#|;#|-- | *\* )" | cut -d: -f1 |grep -v crossgcc |grep -v gcov | grep -v /elf.h |grep -v nvramtool)
The exceptions are for:
- crossgcc (patch file)
- gcov (imported from gcc)
- elf.h (imported from GNU's libc)
- nvramtool (more complicated header)
The removed lines are:

At the time I ported coreboot to this board, the HDMI port of my board
was broken, so I couldn't test libgfxinit on HDMI.

Tested:
- i5-3550 and DIMM configurations: 2+0+2+2, 0+2+2+2, 2+2+2+2, 4+2+4+2
- debug output from serial port, EHCI debug port not found
- Arch Linux (Linux 4.11.5) loaded from SeaBIOS, GRUB2, and Linux payload
- all PCI and PCI Express slots
Issues:
- sometimes the machine fails to boot, with serial debug output it can
be seen it stucks after SMM initialization, and more likely to fail
to boot when serial cable is attached
- no S3 resume (not tested in vendor firmware)
