2015-05-21	Remove address from GPLv2 headers	Patrick Georgi
	As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things. 2013-06-23	AMD boards: routing.asl: Uniformly start `Package()` with capital letter	Paul Menzel
	In commit Rudolf Marek discovered, that it is not uniformly written. As »ASL names are not case-sensitive and will be converted to upper case.« [2] this change does not have any functional change. 	In the file `COPYING` in the coreboot repository and upstream [1] just one space is used.
