Use the same function name as in soc/intel for this functionality. This
also brings the function name more in line with the extended version of
this function gpio_configure_pads_with_override which additionally
supports passing a GPIO override configuration.
This might cause some pain for out-of-tree boards, but at some point
this should be made more consistent, so I don't see a too strong reason
not to do this.

DDI 0/1 ports are shared for DP and HDMI. This implementation
adds support for HDMI display when HDMI is set as connector type
in ddi descriptors.
TEST=verify display over HDMI(0 and 1) in OS.

These changes involve NVMe specific GPIO programming to enable pcie
NVMe SSD boot. Add nvme dev,func in devicetree and also remove
unused GPIOs programmed in Bilby.

Bilby is the reference board for AMD Raven, Raven2 and Picasso APUs.
Bilby mainboard code is taken from mandolin variant Cereme.
These new files are a renamed copy and subsequent patches will be
applied to create a working bilby implementation.
