During the cleanup of copyright lines, this file was incorrectly changed
to remove the copyright line. It is not originally a part of the
coreboot project, having been pulled in and adapted for use in coreboot.
As such, and with the ISC license specifying that the copyright line
should be maintained, the copyright line has been restored.
See coreboot ticket # 479 for more information.

The coreboot toolchain has been using a newer GCC version for a while
already. This code is build-tested from commit 13cd145e02e onwards.

Looks like UBSan isn't being build-tested, and the toolchain has been
updated several times since UBSan support was added. Unexpectedly, it
no longer builds when using GCC from the current toolchain version.
To fix this, rename an error handler and add a newly-introduced handler
for `__ubsan_handle_pointer_overflow`, which works like the existing
handlers. A config file to allow build-testing UBSan is added later.

Initial support for undefined behavior sanitizer in ramstage. Enabling
this will add -fsanitize=undefined to the compiler command line and
link with ubsan.c in ramstage. Code with UB triggers a report with
error, file, and line number, then aborts.
