2015-05-21	Remove address from GPLv2 headers	Patrick Georgi
	As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things. 2015-04-22	armv8/secmon: Disable and Enable GIC in PSCI path	Furquan Shaikh
	Disable and enable GIC before switching off a CPU and after bringing it up back respectively. BUG=None BRANCH=None TEST=Compiles successfully and psci commands work for ryu. 2015-03-28	drivers: add GIC support	Aaron Durbin
	The GIC is ARM's "Generic Interrupt Controller". This change essentially implements the rudimentary support for a GICv2 implementation that routes all interrupts to Group1. This should also work for GICv1 with security extensions. BUG=chrome-os-partner:31945 BRANCH=None TEST=Built and booted kernel using the code.
