These Kconfig options were being used basically as #define statements,
which is unnecessary. This isn't a good use of Kconfig options and would
be better just as #defines if actually needed.

This patch adds BMP image header and BLT header macros in
`efi_datatype.h` to implement a converter inside coreboot FSP 2.0
driver that converts any input *.BMP image into the BLT buffer.
The output BLT buffer is used by FSP-S to render any pre-boot display.
Added `Bmp.h` and `GraphicsOutput.h` files for `UDK base >= 2017`,
as these files were added with the UDK version 2017.
Note: BLT in UEFI BMP implementation stands for `Bit-block transfer`.
It is a method of copying graphis data (specifically images and fonts)
from one location to another (framebuffer), where the data is stored
in blocks of bits.

FSP debug event handler natively in coreboot.
Added `PiStatusCode.h` and `StatusCodeDataTypeId.h` files for
`UDK base >= 2017`, as these files were added with UDK version 2017.

This patch resolves compilation issue of including `efi_datatype.h`
in other stage files due to unresolved EFI_PROCESSOR_INFORMATION macro
definition. EFI_PROCESSOR_INFORMATION defined in `Protocol/MpService.h`
hence, included to resolve compilation issue.

This patch cleans up `efi_datatype.h` to allow other SoC and/or driver
code to use this file.
`PiPei.h` file only gets added from UDK2017 hence, the platform with the
older EDK2 base (prior to UDK2017) is unable to resolve this file
dependency.
This CL removed the `PiPei.h` header and only added the required header
file `PiPeiCis.h` for platforms with UDK base >= 2017.

Add support for MP services2 PPIs, which is slight modification
over MP services 1 PPIs. A new API StartupAllCPUs have been added
to allow running a task on BSP and all APs. Also the EFI_PEI_SERVICES
parameter has been removed from all MP PPI APIs.
This implementation also selects the respective MP services PPI version
supported for SoCs

They're listed in AUTHORS and often incorrect anyway, for example:
- What's a "Copyright $year-present"?
- Which incarnation of Google (Inc, LLC, ...) is the current
copyright holder?
- People sometimes have their editor auto-add themselves to files even
though they only deleted stuff
- Or they let the editor automatically update the copyright year,
because why not?
- Who is the copyright holder "The coreboot project Authors"?
- Or "Generated Code"?
Sidestep all these issues by simply not putting these notices in
individual files, let's list all copyright holders in AUTHORS instead
and use the git history to deal with the rest.
