	We need this to happen prior to SMM module loader. If there is some debugging output it's better they do not appear in the middle of CPU bringup. 2020-06-30	ACPI: Drop typedef global_nvs_t	Kyösti Mälkki
	Bring all GNVS related initialisation function to global scope to force identical signatures. Followup work is likely to remove some as duplicates.
