Stefan thinks they don't add value.
Command used:
sed -i -e '/file is part of /d' $(git grep "file is part of " |egrep ":( */\*.*\*/\$|#|;#|-- | *\* )" | cut -d: -f1 |grep -v crossgcc |grep -v gcov | grep -v /elf.h |grep -v nvramtool)
The exceptions are for:
- crossgcc (patch file)
- gcov (imported from gcc)
- elf.h (imported from GNU's libc)
- nvramtool (more complicated header)

Done with sed and God Lines. Only done for C-like code for now.

They're listed in AUTHORS and often incorrect anyway, for example:
- What's a "Copyright $year-present"?
- Which incarnation of Google (Inc, LLC, ...) is the current
copyright holder?
- People sometimes have their editor auto-add themselves to files even
though they only deleted stuff
- Or they let the editor automatically update the copyright year,
because why not?
- Who is the copyright holder "The coreboot project Authors"?
- Or "Generated Code"?
Sidestep all these issues by simply not putting these notices in
individual files, let's list all copyright holders in AUTHORS instead
and use the git history to deal with the rest.

Correct the offset for the Topstar driver enable/disable bit,
which was off by 2 bits compared to a dump of the AMI UEFI ACPI.
This prevents the fan mode (FANM) from being inadvertently changed
and hopefully fixes some intermittent issues with fan speed on
resume from suspend.

Add EC ACPI reporting of current temp and platform critical temp.
Adapted from ACPI dump of ODM AMI firmware.
TEST: check reporting of current/critical temps via lm-sensors
from ACPI on Librem 13v1 and 13v4 boards.

The EC needs to set the PPCM value depending on whether
Turbo is enabled or not, and the values differ between
Broadwell (0, 1) and Skylake (1, 2) platforms.

EC ACPI code is calculating the drain rate, but does not store it
in the battery status package before returning it. Correct this
omission, and set the drain rate to a preset minimum if calculated
value is less. Taken from vendor firmware ACPI dump.

This adds basic ACPI support for the EC used on Purism Librem laptops.
The EC firmware appears to use the topstar laptop interface that has
support in the linux kernel for handling the special keys.
Supported functions:
- Battery information
- AC presence
- Lid switch
- Special keys (after loading topstar-laptop driver in linux)
- EC events for turbo enable/disable when on AC power
Things it does not do:
- EC SMI handling
- Fan is left under EC control
This was developed and tested on a Librem 13 laptop, and has not
been directly tested on an Librem 15.
