These Kconfig options were being used basically as #define statements,
which is unnecessary. This isn't a good use of Kconfig options and would
be better just as #defines if actually needed.

To help identify the licenses of the various files contained in the
coreboot source, we've added SPDX headers to the top of all of the
.c and .h files. This extends that practice to Makefiles.
Any file in the coreboot project without a specific license is bound
to the license of the overall coreboot project, GPL Version 2.
This patch adds the GPL V2 license identifier to the top of all
makefiles in the drivers directory that don't already have an SPDX
license line at the top.

This patch uses the "generic" variable name as "version" while storing
the MRC cache data instead referring to the FSP-M version or MRC
version. Hence, updated all the instances of `fsp_version/fspm_version`
with `version`.
Also introduces the new option to the MRC cache
version that allows SoC users to store the MRC cache version based on
the supported EDK2 version. Intel FSP built with EDK2 version 202302
onwards has support to retrieve the MRC version by directly parsing
the binary.
Additionally, added the helper function `fsp_mrc_version()` and
corresponding header file to read the MRC version from the FSP binary.

The following are considered "expected" situations, where we shouldn't
print error messages as in other unexpected errors:
1. When the previous boot is in recovery mode, under certain config
combination the normal MRC cache would have been invalidated.
Therefore the "couldn't read metadata" error is expected to show in
the current normal boot. Special-case this situation by printing a
different message.
2. If the platform doesn't have recovery cache (!HAS_RECOVERY_MRC_CACHE)
and vboot starts before romstage (!VBOOT_STARTS_IN_ROMSTAGE), then
there should be no region for recovery cache. In this case, "failed
to locate region type 0" will be shown. Since it's pretty clear from
the code that this is the only case for the error to happen, simply
change it to BIOS_DEBUG. Also remove a duplicate message when
mrc_header_valid() fails.

CB:67670 recently changed the format of the MRC metadata header, but
left the signature the same. That kinda defeats the purpose of having a
signature which is to make a data structure recognizable (because now
the same signature can refer to two different structures that cannot be
otherwise distinguished). While we don't know of any use case where
anything other than coreboot currently parses this data structure (other
than a ChromeOS-internal utility that's about to be removed), it's
probably better to still switch to a different signature for the new
header format just to stay on the safe side (e.g. if we ever need to
start parsing this somewhere else in the future).
CB:67670 only landed a week ago so hopefully the old signature + new
format variant hasn't had much time to escape into the wild yet.

The current MRC cache update process is slow (28 ms on nissa), because
cbmem is not cached in romstage. Specifically, the new MRC data returned
by the FSP is stored in the FSP reserved memory in cbmem, so operations
on the new data (computing the checksum, comparing to the old data) are
slow.
Replace the data checksum in the MRC header with a hash, and compare
hashes instead of comparing the full data. This has two benefits:
1. The xxhash function is faster than computing an IP checksum (4 ms vs
14 ms on uncached data on nissa).
2. There's no need to memcmp() the full MRC data, which takes 14 ms on
nissa.

validate the MRC cache, which includes verifying the data checksum.
Revert this to allow the tests to pass while we figure out how to fix

When MRC_SAVE_HASH_IN_TPM is selected, mrc_data_valid() uses the TPM
hash to verify the MRC cache data, not the checksum. However, we still
calculate the checksum when updating the cache. Skip this calculation
when MRC_SAVE_HASH_IN_TPM is selected to save boot time.
On nissa, this reduces boot time by ~14 ms:
Before:
3:after RAM initialization 854,298 (28,226)
After:
3:after RAM initialization 849,626 (14,463)
Note, the reason the calculation is so slow is that the new MRC data
lives in CBMEM, which is not yet marked as cacheable in romstage.

Having PTT means mocking secdata, so saving/reading the hash always
succeeds, but there is no data stored/read from/to TPM. The code
comparing MRC hashes did not care if secdata mocking was enabled
and failed during hash comparison with invalid data. This broke the
fastboot even if the MRC cache data was filled and correctly
checksummed. If mocking is enabled simply fallback to checksum
computing to proceed with fastboot.

Currently the decision of whether or not to use mrc_cache in recovery
mode is made within the individual platforms' drivers (ie: fsp2.0,
fsp1.1, etc.). As this is not platform specific, but uses common
vboot infrastructure, the code can be unified and moved into
mrc_cache. The conditions are as follows:
1. If HAS_RECOVERY_MRC_CACHE, use mrc_cache data (unless retrain
switch is true)
2. If !HAS_RECOVERY_MRC_CACHE && VBOOT_STARTS_IN_BOOTBLOCK, this
means that memory training will occur after verified boot,
meaning that mrc_cache will be filled with data from executing
RW code. So in this case, we never want to use the training
data in the mrc_cache for recovery mode.
3. If !HAS_RECOVERY_MRC_CACHE && VBOOT_STARTS_IN_ROMSTAGE, this
means that memory training happens before verfied boot, meaning
that the mrc_cache data is generated by RO code, so it is safe
to use for a recovery boot.
4. Any platform that does not use vboot should be unaffected.
Additionally, we have removed the
MRC_CLEAR_NORMAL_CACHE_ON_RECOVERY_RETRAIN config because the
mrc_cache driver takes care of invalidating the mrc_cache data for
normal mode. If the platform:
1. !HAS_RECOVERY_MRC_CACHE, always invalidate mrc_cache data
2. HAS_RECOVERY_MRC_CACHE, only invalidate if retrain switch is set

Previously, we were writing to cbmem after memory training and then
writing the training data from cbmem to mrc_cache in ramstage. We
were doing this because we were unable to read/write to SPI
simultaneously on older x86 chips. Now that newer chips allow for
simultaneously reads and writes, we can move the mrc_cache update into
romstage. This is beneficial if there is a reboot for some reason
after memory training but before the previous mrc_cache_stash_data
call originally in ramstage. If this happens, we would lose all the
mrc_cache training data in the next boot even though we've already
performed the memory training.
Added new config BOOT_DEVICE_SPI_FLASH_NO_EARLY_WRITES to accomodate
older x86 platforms that don't do mmapping but still want to use the
cbmem to store the mrc_cache data in order to write the mrc_cache data
back at a later time. We are maintaining the use of cbmem for these
older platforms because we have no way of validating the earlier write
back to mrc_cache at this time.

Create two new functions to fetch mrc_cache data (replacing
mrc_cache_get_current):
- mrc_cache_load_current: fetches the mrc_cache data and drops it into
the given buffer. This is useful for ARM platforms where the mmap
operation is very expensive.
- mrc_cache_mmap_leak: fetch the mrc_cache data and puts it into a
given buffer. This is useful for platforms where the mmap operation
is a no-op (like x86 platforms). As the name mentions, we are not
freeing the memory that we allocated with the mmap, so it is the
caller's responsibility to do so.
Additionally, we are replacing mrc_cache_latest with
mrc_cache_get_latest_slot_info, which does not check the validity of
the data when retrieving the current mrc_cache slot. This allows the
caller some flexibility in deciding where they want the mrc_cache data
stored (either in an mmaped region or at a given address).

vboot_recovery_mode_enabled() was recently changed to assert() when it
is called before vboot logic has run, because we cannot determine
whether we're going to be in recovery mode at that point and we wanted
to flush out existing uses that pretended that we could. Turns out there
are a bunch of uses like that, and there is some code that is shared
across configurations that can and those that can't.
This patch cleans them up to either remove checks that cannot return
true, or add explicit Kconfig guards to clarify that the code is shared.
This means that using a separate recovery MRC cache is no longer
supported on boards that use VBOOT_STARTS_IN_ROMSTAGE (this has already
been broken with CB:38780, but with this patch those boards will boot
again using their normal MRC caches rather than just die). Skipping the
MRC cache and always regenerating from scratch in recovery mode is
likewise no longer supported for VBOOT_STARTS_IN_ROMSTAGE.
For FSP1.1 boards, none of them support VBOOT_STARTS_IN_BOOTBLOCK and
that is unlikely to change in the future so we will just hardcode that
fact in Kconfig (otherwise, fsp1.1 raminit would also have to be fixed
to work around this issue).

As discussed on the mailing list and voted upon, the coreboot project
is going to move the majority of copyrights out of the headers and into
an AUTHORS file. This will happen a bit at a time, as we'll be unifying
license headers at the same time.
Updated Authors file is in a separate commit.

Its spreading copies got out of sync. And as it is not a standard header
but used in commonlib code, it belongs into commonlib. While we are at
it, always include it via GCC's `-include` switch.
Some Windows and BSD quirk handling went into the util copies. We always
guard from redefinitions now to prevent further issues.
