CPU_MICROCODE_CBFS_LEN and CPU_MICROCODE_CBFS_LOC configs pass the CPU
microcode length and base address in CBFS to FSPT binary as init parameters.
Add new config FSP_T_XIP in Kconfig, which is selected by platform config.
If FSP_T_XIP is selected, then relocate FSPT binary while adding it in CBFS
so that it can be executed in place.

With https://github.com/IntelFsp/FSP/pull/4 merged, this allows using
Intel's FSP repo (that we mirror) to build a complete BIOS ifd region
with a simple coreboot build, automatically drawing in headers and
binaries.
This commit covers Apollolake, Coffeelake, Skylake, and Kabylake.
Skylake is using Kabylake's FSP since its own is FSP 1.1 and Kabylake's
also supports Skylake.
Another candidate (given 3rdparty/fsp's content) is Denverton NS, but
it requires changes to coreboot's FSP bindings to become compatible.
Cannonlake, Whiskeylake require an FSP release.

The new config choice is called RUN_FSP_GOP. Some things had to happen
on the road:
* Drop confusing config GOP_SUPPORT,
* Add HAVE_FSP_GOP to chipsets that support it,
* Make running the GOP an option for FSP2.0 by returning 0
in random VBT getters.

FSP v2.0 Specification adds APIs TempRamInit & TempRamExit for
Cache-As-Ram initialization and teardown. Add fsp2_0 driver
support for TempRamInit & TempRamExit APIs.
Verified on Intel Leaf Hill CRB and confirmed that Cache-As-Ram
is correctly set up and torn down using the FSP v2.0 APIs
without coreboot implementation of CAR init/teardown.

This patch enables stage cache to save ~40ms during S3 resume.
It saves ramstage in the stage cache and restores it on resume
so that ramstage does not have to reinitialize during the
resume flow. Stage cache functionality is added to postcar stage
since ramstage is called from postcar.

If ramstage caching outside CBMEM is enabled
i.e CONFIG_CACHE_RELOCATED_RAMSTAGE_OUTSIDE_CBMEM, then a
helper function to determine the caching region in SMM
should be implemented. Add the same to FSP2.0 driver.
FSP1.1 driver had the same implementation hence copied stage_cache.c.
The SoC code should implement the smm_subregion to provide
the base and size of the caching region within SMM. The fsp/memmap.h
provides the prototype and we will reuse the same from FPS 1.1.
