>
> The current POST code for the AST2300/2400 family doesn't work properly

Tested on a Supermicro X10SLM+-F with an AST 2400 where the BMC flash
chip has been completely erased. Before the patch, the display resembled
a rainbow. After the patch, the display works well.

init. So, select the option in the driver instead of every board.

This allows VGA output in SeaBIOS to be enabled using the
SEABIOS_VGA_COREBOOT Kconfig option. Currently, it’s impossible to select
the VGA text frame buffer in the Kconfig menu.
I'm not sure why this wasn't enabled in the first place, but
SeaVGABIOS seems to work just fine with this patch.
Tested on KCMA-D8.

It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address.
Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we
imported) looks out for that.
This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further
editing.
