In order to align the entry points for the various stages
on x86 to _start one needs to rename the reset_vector symbol.
The section is the same; it's just a symbol change.

In order to avoid collisions with other _start symbols while
grepping and future ones be explicit about which _start this
one is: the 16-bit one only used by the reset vector in the
bootblock.

It's helpful to see the reset vector in objdump output. Without
it being marked executable it doesn't get displayed.

Patrick at least indicated this jump after the reset
vector jump was a remnant from some construct used long
ago in the project. It's not longer used (nor could I find
where it was). Therefore, remove it.

Its linker doesn't like "." arithmetics, so use .org,
while its assembler doesn't like data32 prefixes.

The wbinvd (or invd) should not be needed at the reset vector. It
causes problems with some CPUs AP init. If there is a problem with
a specific CPU and it must be done at this location, it should be
added conditionally.

Some CPUs (Sandybridge) seem to require this, and it does not hurt
on other CPUs.

ram linuxbios_ram instead of linuxbios_c and linuxbios_payload...
- Reordered the linker sections so the LinuxBIOS fallback image can take more the 64KiB on x86
- ROM_IMAGE_SIZE now will work when it is specified as larger than 64KiB.
- Tweaked the reset16.inc and reset16.lds to move the sanity check to see if everything will work.
- Start using romcc's built in preprocessor (This will simplify header compiler checks)
- Add helper functions for examining all of the resources
- Remove debug strings from chip.h
- Add llshell to src/arch/i386/llshell (Sometime later I can try it...)
- Add the ability to catch exceptions on x86
- Add gdb_stub support to x86
- Removed old cpu options
- Added an option so we can detect movnti support
- Remove some duplicate definitions from pci_ids.h
- Remove the 64bit resource code in amdk8/northbridge.c in preparation for making it generic
- Minor romcc bug fixes
