- MTRR are properly cleared (tested by filling in both
MTRR_FIX_64K_00000 and MTRR_FIX_4K_F8000 before clearing)

This moves a lot of post code values, but unifies them between
platforms, so that the same value means the same thing as much as
possible.
The P4-netburst code was the most extensive and most different, so that
dictated the majority of the values. Three were two values there that
didn't match the other files, so those two values, 0x22 & 0x29 have
duplicate entries in the table.
The rest of the entries are similar between platforms, though the values
for many of them were moved to match the P4-netburst values.
POST_BOOTBLOCK and POST_POSTCAR values are intended to eventually become
global, while POST_SOC would be specific to the Intel platforms.

This patch aims to make timestamps more consistent in naming,
to follow one pattern. Until now there were many naming patterns:
- TS_START_*/TS_END_*
- TS_BEFORE_*/TS_AFTER_*
- TS_*_START/TS_*_END
This change also aims to indicate, that these timestamps can be used
to create time-ranges, e.g. from TS_BOOTBLOCK_START to TS_BOOTBLOCK_END.

For arch/x86 the realmode part has to be located within the same 64
KiB as the reset vector. Some older intel platforms also require 4 KiB
alignment for _start16bit.
To enforce the above, and to separate required parts of .text without
matching *(.text.*) rules in linker scripts, tag the pre-C environment
assembly code with section .init directive.
Description of .init section for ELF:
This section holds executable instructions that contribute to the
process initialization code. When a program starts to run, the
system arranges to execute the code in this section before calling the
main program entry point (called main for C programs).

With C_ENVIRONMENT_BOOTBLOCK, CONFIG_DCACHE_BSP_STACK_SIZE needs to be
set to define a stack region that can be shared over all stages using
CAR. It makes sense to use that Kconfig option's value instead of a
hardcoded value. This will result in less false positives when the
stack size is big, for instance with FSP using the coreboot stack.
In many configurations with C_ENVIRONMENT_BOOTBLOCK the stack_base is
at the base of CAR. If the stack grows too large it operates out of
CAR, typically resulting in a hang. Therefore the stack guards are
extended to cover 256 bytes at the base to at least provide a warning
when the romstage is dangerously close of running out of stack.

This puts the cache-as-ram init in the bootblock.
Before setting up cache as ram the microcode updates are applied.
This removes the possibility for a normal/fallback setup although
implementing this should be quite easy.
Tested on Google peppy (Acer C720).
Setting up LPC in the bootblock to output console on SuperIOs is not
done in this patch, hence BOOTBLOCK_CONSOLE is not yet enabled by
default.

Pineview CPUs support a non-eviction mode that ought to be used
during cache as ram setup.
This assumes that all atoms that need to set a special register to
enable L2 cache are socketed and hence uses a static Kconfig option
to set that MSR on affected CPUs.
Tested on Foxconn D41S, still boots.

agree about the location of 16-bit entrypoint. There was
no need to customize it as bootblock size requirement did
not grow. Just check for a fixed location at 4 GiB - 4 KiB.
With C_ENVIRONMENT_BOOTBLOCK we can have a proper symbol
for the purpose, since it appears in the same compilation
unit. It will adjust if C_ENV_BOOTBLOCK_SIZE changes.

Have a common romstage.c file to prepare CAR stack guards.
MTRR setup around cbmem_top() is somewhat northbridge specific,
place stubs under northbridge for platrform that will move
to RELOCATABLE_RAMSTAGE.

Move old sockets to use romstage_legacy.c, these are ones
using intel/car/cache_as_ram.inc.
These will not be converted to RELOCATABLE_RAMSTAGE as boards
are candidates for getting dropped from the tree anyways.

XIP cachelines contain the executable to run, we never want
that to get modified. With the change such erronous writes
are ignored and next cacheline miss will fetch from boot
media (SPI / FWH flash).

Without RELOCATABLE_RAMSTAGE have WB cache large enough
to cover the greatest ramstage needs, as there is no benefit
of trying to accurately match the actual need. Choose
this to be bottom 16MiB.
With RELOCATABLE_RAMSTAGE write-back cache of low ram is
only useful for bottom 1MiB of RAM as a small part of this gets used
during SMP initialisation before proper MTRR setup.
