	Newer AMD families have multiple models within them, each often requiring unique support. The chip_name files were starting to have a lot of duplication. Specify the model in the name, as well as the family. 2015-10-31	tree: drop last paragraph of GPL copyright header	Patrick Georgi
	It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address. Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we imported) looks out for that. This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further editing. 	As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things. 	This adds the AMD Family 15h model 30 CPU. S3 suspend/resume currently is not supported. Tested on the amd/lamar platform.
