Stefan thinks they don't add value.
Command used:

That makes it easier to identify "license only" headers (because they
are now license only)
Script line used for that:

As discussed on the mailing list and voted upon, the coreboot project
is going to move the majority of copyrights out of the headers and into
an AUTHORS file. This will happen a bit at a time, as we'll be unifying
license headers at the same time.

MMIO operations are arch-agnostic so the include
path should not be arch/.

Move drivers/storage into commonlib/storage to enable access by
libpayload and indirectly by payloads.
* Remove SD/MMC specific include files from include/device
* Remove files from drivers/storage
* Add SD/MMC specific include files to commonlib/include
* Add files to commonlib/storage
* Fix header file references
* Add subdir entry in commonlib/Makefile.inc to build the SD/MMC driver
* Add Kconfig source for commonlib/storage
* Rename *DEVICE* to *COMMONLIB*
* Rename *DRIVERS_STORAGE* to *COMMONLIB_STORAGE*
TEST=Build and run on Galileo Gen2
