2018-12-30	arch/x86: Use a common timestamp.inc with romcc bootblocks	Kyösti Mälkki
	The same file was replicated three times for certain soc/intel bootblocks, yet there are no indications or need to do chipset-specific initialisation. There is no harm in storing the TSC values in MMX registers even when they would not be used. 2016-01-30	arch/x86: Rename bootblock.S to bootblock_romcc.S	Alexandru Gagniuc
	bootblock.S was used strictly for setting up the system so that the assembly generated by ROMCC could be executed. Since the infrastructure now exists to run a bootblock wihtout ROMCC, rename this file accordingly. this is done to prevent any future confusion.
