Both acpi_create_madt_sci_override and acpi_sci_int have special
handling for the ACPI_NO_PCAT_8259 case, but those cases weren't exactly
obvious, so add a comment with the reason for that.

For AMD, replace name RTC_ALT_CENTURY with RTC_CLK_ALTCENTURY
that points to same offset. Since the century field inside
RTC falls within the NVRAM space, and could interfere with
OPTION_TABLE, it is now guarded with config USE_PC_CMOS_ALTCENTURY.
There were no reference for the use of offset 0x48 for century.

All supported x86 chips select HAVE_CF9_RESET, and also use 0xcf9 as
reset register in FADT. How unsurprising. We might as well use that
information to automatically fill in the FADT accordingly. So, do it.
To avoid having x86-specific code under arch-agnostic `acpi/`, create a
new optional `arch_fill_fadt` function, and override it for x86 systems.
Tested on Asus P8Z77-V LX2 with Linux 5.7.6 and Windows 10 at the end of
the patch train, both operating systems are able to boot successfully.

This change moves all ACPI table support in coreboot currently living
under arch/x86 into common code to make it architecture
independent. ACPI table generation is not really tied to any
architecture and hence it makes sense to move this to its own directory.
In order to make it easier to review, this change is being split into
multiple CLs. This is change 1/5 which moves .c files from arch/x86 to
acpi/.
The only acpi files that are still retained under arch/x86 are:
a. acpi_s3.c: This doesn't really deal with ACPI tables. Also, there
are some assumptions in there about SMM which will have to be resolved
if this file needs to be moved to common code.
b. acpi_bert_storage.c/bert_storage.h: This file is currently written
specifically with x86 in mind. So, not moving the file for now.
Motivation for this change: Not all stages on Picasso SoC are targeted
for the same architecture. For example, verstage (if runs before
bootblock) will be targeted for non-x86. This makes it difficult to
add device tree to verstage which would be required to get to SoC
configs from the tree. This is because the device tree on x86
platforms currently contains a lot of devices that require ACPI
related enums and structs (like acpi_gpio, acpi_pld, acpi_dp and so
on). Hence, this change removes all ACPI table support out of
arch/x86.

So drop the `_generator` suffix. Hopefully, this also makes ACPI look a

Windows 10 to BSOD with an ACPI BIOS error or simply
fail to boot on multiple platforms (Haswell, Broadwell,
Braswell, Skylake). Revert until the issue can be properly

coreboot performs MP-Init in a parallel way. That leads to the fact
that the order, in which the CPUs are woken up, can vary from boot to
boot. The creation of the MADT table just parses the devicetree and
takes the CPUs reported there as it is for creating the single local
APIC entries. Therefore, the OS will see different order of CPUs.
There are CPUs out there (like Apollo Lake for example) which have
shared caches on core-level and if the order is random this can end up
in assigning cores to different tasks or even OSes (in a virtual
environment) which uses the same cache. This in turn will produce
performance penalties across these distributed tasks/OSes.
Though there is a way to discover the core- and cache-topology it will
in the end be necessary to take the APIC-ID into account. To simplify
it, one can achieve the same output by sorting the APIC-IDs in an
ascending order. This will lead to the fact that CPUs that share a given
cache will be reported right next to each other in the MADT.

According to newest TCG ACPI Specification for Family 1.2 and 2.0
Version 1.2, Revision 8, TPM2 ACPI table has two more fields LAML and LASA.
Update the table structure definition, create the log area for TPM2 in
coreboot tables and fill the missing fields in TPM2 table. TPM2 should be
now probed well in SeaBIOS rel-1.12.0 or master.

Some Windows and BSD quirk handling went into the util copies. We always
guard from redefinitions now to prevent further issues.

Some ACPI interfaces introduced by Chrome or coreboot do not
need drivers outside ChromeOS, for example Chrome EC or
coreboot table; or will be probed by direct ACPI calls (instead
of trying to find drivers by device IDs).
These interfaces should be set to hidden so non-ChromeOS systems,
for example Windows, won't have problem finding driver.
Interfaces changed:
- coreboot (BOOT0000), only used by Chrome OS / Linux kernel.
- Chrome OS EC
- Chrome OS EC PD
- Chrome OS TBMC

The commit 93bbd41e (soc/intel: Enable ACPI DBG2 table generation)
causes a crash on the mainboard mc_apl1. On this mainboard all internal
SOC UARTs in the devicetree are switched off. As a result, no resources
are allocated to the UARTs. The function find_resource() expects an
existing resource. Otherwise, the CPU will stop. It should therefore not
only be queried whether a device is present, but also whether it is
enabled.

These were mostly written as part of the coreboot project, so get
the standard coreboot license header.
memmove.c came from the linux kernel, so also gets the standard
coreboot v2 license header, but gets the added attribution that it
was derived from the linux kernel. Unlike many coreboot files,
this file may not be re-licensed as GPL V3.

The ALIGN_CURRENT macro relied on a local variable name
as well as being defined in numerous compilation units.
Replace those instances with an acpi_align_current()

Refactor acpi_create_dmar_drhd_ds_pci() and add similar functions for
I/O-APICs and MSI capable HPETs. We violate the spec [1] here, which
talks about 16-bit source-ids spread over start_bus and path entries.
Intel actually uses bus/dev/fn identification for those devices too,
and so do we.

It never made sense to have bootblock_* in init, but
pirq_routing.c in boot, and some ld scripts on the main
level while others live in subdirectories.
This patch flattens the directory hierarchy and makes
x86 more similar to the other architectures.
