Currently we include a header file from the opensbi submodule.
That causes some issues, since we merge outside code with our own.
Most recently there have been made attempts to make the coreboot
codebase C23 ready. The code that we include from opensbi however causes
the build to fail, since it is not C23 ready.
This patch effectivily detaches the coreboot codebase from the opensbi
codebase and just copies the structure and definitions that we need from
opensbi into coreboot.

This adds another option to tell OpenSBI which hart to use for booting.
Test: Start hifive-unmatched board and see that Hart 1 (instead of 0) is
used for running OpenSBI.

This patch contains several minor cleanups related to compiler.h:
- Replace __always_unused() (which is a Linux-specific concept that
doesn't make sense without also having __maybe_unused(), and had zero
uses in the codebase) with __unused() which moves here from helpers.h
- Add __underscores__ to the names of all attributes in the compiler
attribute shorthand macros. This is necessary to make them work in
files where the same name was already used for an identifier (e.g.
cbfstool/cbfs.h's `unused` array of file types).
- Remove libpayload's own copy of compiler.h and make it directly pull
in the commonlib/bsd copy.

Call OpenSBI in M-Mode and use it to set up SBI and to lockdown the
platform. It will also jump to the specified payload when done.
This behaviour is similar to BL31 on aarch31.
The payload is 41KiB in size on qemu.
Tested on qemu-riscv:
Required to boot a kernel as OpenSBI's instruction emulation feature
is required on that virtual machine.
Tested on SiFive/unleashed:
The earlycon is working. No console after regular serial driver
should take over, which might be related to kernel config.
