As discussed on the mailing list and voted upon, the coreboot project
is going to move the majority of copyrights out of the headers and into
an AUTHORS file. This will happen a bit at a time, as we'll be unifying
license headers at the same time.
Additional changes in this patch:
- Make sure files say that they're part of the coreboot project
- Move descriptions below the license header
- Fix some spacing

For the coreboot license header, we want to use two paragraphs.
See the section 'Common License Header' in the coreboot wiki
for more details.

This just updates existing guard name comments on the header files
to match the actual #define name.
As a side effect, if there was no newline at the end of these files,
one was added.

The memcpy/memset/memmove assembly implementations have been taken from
U-Boot, which originally got them from Linux. I turns out that they are
actually not that bad, but they could use an update. This patch pulls in
the current Linux upstream versions of those files, removing some old
U-Boot cruft such as checking whether the two pointers in a memcpy() are
equal (really now?) or side-stepping the R8 register because it was used
for special purposes. It also returns to the good old Linux
ENTRY/ENDPROC macros since we have them now anyway, and straightens out
the W() macro in preparation for unified thumb support.
