2015-05-21	Remove address from GPLv2 headers	Patrick Georgi
	As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things. 2015-04-21	libpayload: mips: Add macros to convert to/from KSEG{0,1} addresses	Andrew Bresticker
	Add helper macros to convert between physical addresses and KSEG{0,1} addresses. Also get rid of the virt_to_{bus,phys}_offset variables as these are fixed values.
