Stefan thinks they don't add value.
Command used:

The exceptions are for:
- crossgcc (patch file)
- gcov (imported from gcc)
- elf.h (imported from GNU's libc)
- nvramtool (more complicated header)
The removed lines are:

libpayload is the only Kconfig based project under
the coreboot umbrella that is using Config.in as its
name for Kconfig config files. Rename that to Kconfig
as on the other projects for consistency.
