	As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things. 2008-09-30	Do not try to display non-printable characters on the bootlog and	Ulf Jordan
	ramdump screens. This fixes unaligned display on serial console. The current isprint() implementation assumes a C locale, so also characters with the eigth bit set are supressed (they produced inconsistant results on VGA and serial anyway).
