This enables viewing more than ~20 files in the file list on the left.
Arrows are added to indicate that more items are available off-screen.
This mimics what was done in pci_module.

An alternative to this patch is to copy the filetypes table from
util/cbfstool/cbfs.h and use that.

It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address.
Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we
imported) looks out for that.
This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further
editing.

- include kconfig.h from libpayload
- libpayload symbols are conflicting with gcc builtins (e.g. log2)
- ALIGN() is already defined in libpayload these days
- move libpayload build directory under build/

This will make the code work with the different styles
of Kconfig (emit unset bools vs don't emit unset bools)
Roughly, the patch does this, and a little bit of fixing up:
perl -pi -e 's,ifdef (CONFIG_.+?)\b,if IS_ENABLED\($1\),g' `find . -name *.[ch]`
perl -pi -e 's,ifndef (CONFIG_.+?)\b,if !IS_ENABLED\($1\),g' `find . -name *.[ch]`

As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to
shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons
but because there are tools that look for them, and giving
them a standard pattern simplifies things.
However, we got confirmation that we don't have to update
every file ever added to coreboot whenever the FSF gets a
new lease, but can drop the address instead.
util/kconfig is excluded because that's imported code that
we may want to synchronize every now and then.

This is an initial re-factoring of CBFS code to enable multiple
architectures. To achieve a clean solution, an additional field
describing the architecture has to be added to the master header.
Hence we also increase the version number in the master header.

The endianness of an architecture is now set up automatically using Kconfig
and some common code. The available conversion functions were also expanded
to go to or from a particular endianness. Those use the abbreviation le or be
for little or big endian.
Built for Stumpy and saw coreinfo cbfs support work which uses network
byte order. Used the functions which convert to little endian to implement an
AHCI driver. The source arch is also little endian, so they were effectively
(and successfully) inert.

There's a bunch of additional output that could be printed, but that's
for another patch.
