Fix a common mistake of using KB/MB where KiB/MiB is what actually is meant.
1 MB = (10^3)^2 = 1000000
1 MiB = (2^10)^2 = 1048576

Without this patch, Sphinx 1.7.9 prints the following warning, and
doesn't emit the table as HTML:
