Adapt ROM_IMAGE_SIZE, too. ROMBASE should probably be defined
by ROM_IMAGE_SIZE (so ROM_IMAGE_SIZE + ROMBASE - 4GB == 0),
but that's for another patch.
Should fix the issues created by the bootblock cleanup patch.
Build tested on kontron/986lcd-m, trivial change.
