mb/google/brya/var/orisa: Update Type C DisplayPort HPD Configuration

This change removes the GPIO configuration for Type C DP HPD, as the
Type C port does not require HPD setup.

TEST=Build and boot google/orisa. Test Type C port for external usb and
DisplayPort functionality.
