arch/x86/acpi: Update VT-d DMA remapping structure flags setting
DMA remapping structure flags settings are Bit 0: INTR_REMAP, Bit 1:
X2APIC_OPT_OUT, Bit 2: DMA_CTRL_PLATFORM_OPT_IN_FLAG, Bits 3-7:
Reserved (0).
