mb/google/dedede: Add SD card support
1. Configure SD card GPIOs.
2. Set SD card power polarity and card detect configs.
SD card CMD. DATA and CLK GPIOs are set for native pad termination
as per recommendation in EDS vol1 section 10.4.10

TEST=Verify SD card enumeration and read/write transactions.
