mainboard/google/kahlee: Set PSPP setting to BalancedHigh

Setting default PSPP setting to BalancedLow was causing audio
playback issue in most of the units. With BalancedLow either there
was no sound or noise on playback.
Switching to BalancedHigh as default option.
