soc/intel/elkhartlake/Kconfig: Rename FSPRel.bin to FSP.fd

With the last FSP submodule update for Elkhart Lake commit f8df905e7baf
("3rdparty/fsp: Update submodule to upstream master"), the binary name
was changed to FSP.fd.
