src/lib: Fix brace positions
Fix the following errors detected by checkpatch.pl:
ERROR: open brace '{' following function declarations go on the next
line
ERROR: that open brace { should be on the previous line
ERROR: open brace '{' following struct go on the same line
ERROR: else should follow close brace '}'
TEST=Build and run on Galileo Gen2
