superio/nuvoton/nct6687d: Add ramstage driver and ACPI
TEST=Boot MSI PRO Z690-A WIFI DDR4 with SP1, KBC and EC exposed to OS via ACPI. Configure SP1, ACPI, KBC and EC devices via devicetree.
